These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Stellara" (the "App"), provided by Martin Posarnig, Gerbergasse 1, 9500 Villach, Austria ("Provider", "we").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User") accept these Terms.
Stellara provides astrologically inspired, AI-generated content aimed at professionally ambitious users: daily impulses, affirmations, weekly outlooks, action-oriented recommendations, and a dialog-based chat.
Stellara offers the following paid subscriptions:
Current prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Payment is charged to the payment method stored in your Google account. The purchase amount is charged immediately upon confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period (monthly/yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the last 24 hours of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play:
Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Stellara → Cancel subscription
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the contract conclusion without stating reasons. Withdrawal or refund requests are processed via Google Play (play.google.com → Order history → "Request a refund").
Note: By purchasing digital content with immediate activation, the right of withdrawal expires upon your explicit consent and acknowledgment of its loss (per Austrian FAGG § 18 Para. 1 No. 11).
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App on your personal Android device, provided you comply with these Terms.
The following are prohibited:
All rights to the App, its design, source code, trademarks, and content remain with the Provider. AI-generated content created specifically for you may be used and shared for personal purposes.
The App and its content are provided "as is". We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, we are only liable in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the AI-generated astrological content. Any decisions are made at your own responsibility.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but provide no guarantee. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may temporarily restrict usage.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to adapt these Terms when legal requirements or changes to the service require it. The current version is always available at this URL.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the court with jurisdiction for Villach (Austria).
If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The App is distributed via Google Play (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, "Google"). In addition, the following applies:
These Terms are concluded between you and the Provider only, and not with Google. The Provider, not Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content, as well as for maintenance and support.
Your use of Google Play is additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App.
